Shipping Policy
US sales only.  Products are shipped from Clermont, Florida 34711.  All purchases will be shipped to the address provided during the checkout process.  Products cannot be shipped to a PO Box, a physical address must be provided during checkout; please be sure to provide a complete, accurate shipping address and phone number to ensure delivery.   If a shipping address is provided incorrectly by the buyer, buyer assumes the cost to reship the product if returned to Green Swamp Studio undeliverable. Products are shipped within three to five business days after receipt of cleared payment.  Products must be opened and inspected by the buyer the day the item is delivered. If the item is damaged by the shipper, we must be notified the day the item is delivered or a damage claim will not be filed.  Refunds due to shipping damage will be issued when the claim is settled with the shipper. 

Pick Up Policy
If you purchased a product and are picking it up, please call 352-348-7861 to schedule a pick up date and time.  

Delivery
We offer free delivery with a ten mile radius of our studio location in Clermont.  

Other Policies
All of our products are handmade in our studio, in Clermont, Florida. Original Designs are the express property of Green Swamp Studio, Dobby Stained Glass and Dobby Glass.  Duplication or reproduction of likeness of designs without express written permission is strictly prohibited.

Refund and Exchange Policy

All sales are final, we do not accept returns or exchanges.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us.
